This Privacy Policy explains what information Blue Cloud Research LLC (“Blue Cloud Research,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and stores when you visit or interact with https://bluecloudresearch.com and any dependent pages, mobile experiences, email or SMS programs, and other platforms where this policy is posted (collectively, the “Site”), and the choices you have about your information. It also describes your rights under certain U.S. state privacy laws.

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, subscribing, or purchasing our products, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

 


 

1) Scope; Who We Are; U.S.-Only Sales

We sell dietary supplements for adults in the United States. Our Site is intended for U.S. residents. We do not sell/ship internationally, but visitors may access the Site from outside the U.S. If you are located outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S., where laws may differ from those in your location. (See “U.S. State Privacy Notices,” below.)

 


 

2) The Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you, automatically through your device and browser, and from third parties (e.g., payment, analytics, ad partners). Categories include:

A. Information You Provide

  • Account & Contact: name, email, phone, billing/shipping addresses.

  • Orders & Payments: items purchased, order history, payment method details (processed by our payment providers such as credit card processors, PayPal, Affirm, AfterPay), and subscription management (ReCharge).

  • Communications: email/SMS preferences, survey answers, customer service interactions (including chat), product reviews, and messages you send us.

  • UGC (User-Generated Content): content you post (e.g., product reviews, comments).

  • Job Applications (if applicable): resume, employment/education history.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device/Usage: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, timestamps, pages viewed, and interactions.

  • Cookies & Similar Tech: cookies, pixels/web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, keep you signed in, remember preferences, analyze traffic, personalize content, and measure/serve advertising. (See “Cookies & Ads,” below.)

C. Information from Third Parties

  • Payment & Fraud partners (to process transactions and prevent fraud).

  • Fulfillment & Logistics partners (to ship orders and handle returns/exchanges).

  • Analytics & Advertising partners (to help us understand Site usage and deliver/measure ads).

  • Social Media platforms, if you interact with us there.

We may combine information we collect from different sources.

 


 

3) How We Use the Information

We use information to:

  • Provide the Site and Services: process orders, subscriptions, payments, customer support, and account features.

  • Communicate: confirmations, invoices, shipping updates, technical notices, policy changes, and marketing per your preferences.

  • Marketing & Advertising: including interest-based (targeted) advertising and measurement on our Site and others (see “Cookies & Ads,” below).

  • Security & Fraud Prevention: detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents and illegal activities.

4) Cookies, Analytics, and Interest-Based Ads

We and our partners use cookies, pixels (web beacons), and similar technologies to operate the Site, analyze traffic (e.g., page views, conversions), and provide interest-based advertising (ads tailored to your interests) across websites and apps. These tools may read/set cookies and collect data such as IP address, device identifiers, and browsing behavior; we may receive aggregated and/or de-identified reports. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. For interest-based ads opt-outs, visit the DAA (aboutads.info/choices) and NAI (networkadvertising.org/choices). Some choices are browser/device-specific. 

Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to limit “sale”/“sharing” for targeted advertising where required by law and restrict non-essential cookies accordingly, subject to technical feasibility.

 


 

5) SMS/Mobile Messaging (If You Opt In)

If you enroll in our SMS or mobile messaging programs, we (and our messaging service providers) may collect your mobile number, carrier, message content, and related metadata to deliver and support the program; message frequency varies; message/data rates may apply; you can opt out as instructed in messages. (We don’t share messaging opt-in data with third parties except as required by law or to provide the service.) 

 


 

6) How We Share Information

We share information with:

  • Service Providers/Processors: payment, subscription billing (ReCharge), BNPL (Affirm/AfterPay), fraud prevention, hosting, analytics, advertising/measurement, email/SMS, fulfillment/warehousing, and customer support.

  • Advertising & Analytics Partners: to support interest-based ads/measurement (you may opt out—see “Your Choices”).

  • Affiliates/Corporate Transactions: with our affiliates or in a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.

  • Legal & Safety: to comply with law, enforce terms, protect rights/safety, or respond to lawful requests.

  • With Your Consent: where you direct us to do so (e.g., posting reviews).

We do not sell personal information for money. However, some state laws define “sale” or “sharing” to include certain advertising/analytics disclosures, which we may engage in. See U.S. State Privacy Notices for your opt-out rights.

 


 

7) Your Choices

  • Marketing Emails: Unsubscribe via the link in our emails or contact support@bluecloudresearch.com. Transactional emails will still be sent.

  • SMS: Reply STOP to opt out or follow instructions in the message.

  • Cookies/Targeted Ads: Use browser settings and visit DAA/NAI opt-out pages (choices are browser/device-specific).

  • Browser Signals (GPC): If enabled, we will treat it as an opt-out of “sale”/“sharing” for targeted advertising where required.

 


 

8) Retention

We keep personal information as long as necessary for the purposes described, including accounting, legal, and security obligations, and then delete or de-identify it per our retention policies.

 


 

9) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. 

 


 

10) Children’s Privacy

Our Site is intended for individuals 18+ and not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@bluecloudresearch.com and we will take appropriate action. 

 


 

11) U.S. State Privacy Notices (Including California)

Certain states (e.g., California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia) give residents specific privacy rights. This section supplements the Policy for those residents.

A) Categories, Sources, Purposes, and Disclosures

In the past 12 months, we may have collected the categories of personal information described above from you, your devices, and service providers/partners; used it for the purposes in Section 3; and disclosed it to the recipients in Section 6 for business purposes (including to provide services, detect/prevent fraud, and for advertising/analytics). Some states consider our use of advertising cookies/analytics as a “sale” or “share” or “targeted advertising.” You may opt out as described below. 

B) Your State Privacy Rights

Subject to exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • Know/Access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.

  • Delete personal information.

  • Correct inaccurate personal information.

  • Opt out of “selling,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising.

  • Limit use of sensitive personal information (if applicable).

  • Non-discrimination for exercising rights.

How to Exercise Your Rights:
Email support@bluecloudresearch.com with the subject “Privacy Rights Request” and specify your request and the state you reside in. We may need to verify your identity (e.g., by matching information we have). You may authorize an agent to submit a request (we may require proof of authorization). For states requiring an appeal process (e.g., VA/CO/CT), if we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our denial email with “Appeal” in the subject.

Opt Out of Sale/Sharing/Targeted Ads:

  • Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser (we will honor it where required), and/or

  • Email support@bluecloudresearch.com with “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” and include your name, email, and the browser/device you use. We will apply your request to the browser where feasible.

California “Shine the Light”: California residents may request a list of certain third parties to whom we disclosed personal information for their direct marketing in the prior calendar year and the categories disclosed; email support@bluecloudresearch.com with “Shine the Light” in the subject. 

 


 

12) Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

 


 

13) User-Generated Content

If you post reviews, comments, or other content, the information you share may be public and can be read, collected, and used by others. Please use caution when sharing personal information. We may moderate or remove content per our Terms. 

 


 

14) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a new version with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective indicates your acceptance of the revised Policy.
